E-Z Patch® 11 F.S. (Fast Set)Glass Bead Plaster Repair is specifically designed for fast underwater or above water bead plaster repairs. It is also the best product to use for fast repairs in cold temperatures.E-Z Patch® 11 F.S. contains a special acrylic modified material with pozzolans (siliceous volcanic ash) and polymers. If water is lowered to do repairs, allow repair to set hard before swimming or before filling pool. Liquid acrylic bonder is not needed in this kit. Swimming may be allowed the next day. Our formula is stronger than original pool plaster or replaster materials.
Below are our E-Z Patch 11 and E-Z Patch 11 F.S. Glass Bead Plaster Repair color options. All of our cement repair colors may be adjusted using any cement dye. Fast Set (F.S.) materials may be a little lighter in color compared to non Fast Set repair materials. Available in 1 lb., 3 lb., 10 lb. & 50 lb. sizes. Wet existing surface to compare to pictures.
Before mixing and applying the repair material, make sure it is the right color and material match! It is sometimes hard to see exactly what the color will be from computer monitor screens.
Take a small amount of dry material out of the repair kit and mix with water to be the consistency of “Putty”. Then, wet the existing surface that you are trying to match and compare the wet sample to the wet existing surface. If the material needs to be darker, add a very small amount of E-Z Patch Black Cement Dye and dry mix well. If the material needs to be lighter, add a very small amount of E-Z Patch Titanium Dioxide White Cement Colorant and dry mix well. Both colors are available on our website. You can also use any good cement dye. Repeat this process until the color match is satisfactory.

Instructions & Video
1. Remove loose cement and chip area at least 3/8” deep. Make sure the edges are chipped straight down (not beveled or slanted). Clean the surface.
2. Add water sparingly to E-Z PATCH® 11 F.S. DRY CEMENT MIX and mix it into a very thick consistency enough to be used within 5 min. Use warm water for even faster set and cold water to slow set.
3. Wait a couple of minutes (until the materials start to harden), place a little more than needed in your hand or plastic bag. Install E-Z PATCH® 11 F.S. firmly on the area.
4. Slowly flatten smooth and flush with a trowel = flush with the existing plaster & clean edges with a sponge. Expose the glass beads lightly with a sponge. Slowly back away from repair. Allow repair to set hard before swimming.
ABOVE WATER REPAIRS:
1. Follow steps 1. & 2. above, but add a little more water.
2a. CRACK REPAIRS: Cut crack 3/8” wide & 3/8” deep, clean surface, rub E-Z PATCH® 11 F.S. deep into crack and remove excess and expose the Glass Beads with a moist sponge.
2b. CHIPS OR LARGER AREAS: Firmly trowel E-Z PATCH® 11 F.S. filling the area. Trowel flat and smooth. Remove excess from edges with a moist sponge. Fine spray with a water hose, bug sprayer or use a wet sponge to expose the Glass Beads. If there is any residue “haze” the next day, it can be removed by wetting the surface with water & pouring a mixture of 1/3 muriatic acid to 2/3 water on the patched area. Wait 1 minute and rinse using a water hose.
Allow repair to set hard before filling pool.
To make a Custom Color with any of our cement type repair supplies, use any cement dye.
