E-Z PRODUCTS WEBSITE SALES RETURN OR CANCELLATION POLICY

E-Z Products offers a 15 Day period after purchase for a customer that no longer needs the product, purchased more than they needed or claims product is faulty.

There may be a 15% stocking charge on cancellations or returns.

Customer must return any product in the original packaging and in the same condition that customer received it. Shipping must be paid by customer. Standard shipping only. You must include a copy of the packing slip you received.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.

If product is faulty and approved for credit, then a replacement will be sent to you with free standard shipping and your standard shipping cost to send the product to us will be refunded. You must include a copy of the receipt for shipping item back to us.

For cancellations or returns of product not needed, refund for the cost of the product will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment method less 15% stocking fee.
