E-Z Products offers a 15 Day period after purchase, if the customer bought more than they needed or no longer needs the product. Customer may return any unused, unopened product, in the original packaging and in the same condition that customer received it. Product must be sent back to us and the freight paid by customer. Upon inspection, we will determine whether it qualifies for refund of cost of product only. We send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of the product only will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

We also offer a 15 Day period after purchase in which customer may return any product that the customer claims is faulty. Product must be sent back to us and the freight paid by customer. Upon receiving the product in question, we will determine if the product is indeed faulty. We send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned product. If the product is faulty, we will replace the product, reimburse the customer for their freight charge (standard delivery only) to send the product back to us and send the replacement product to them at no charge for product and standard delivery.
