E-Z Patch® 1White or ColoredPool Plaster Repair is a plaster mixture specifically designed for above water (with water lowered) repairs. After doing the repair, water may be refilled the next day. Liquid Acrylic Bonder is included inside of kit. Color may be tinted using any cement type dye. Product contains special modified materials with pozzolans (siliceous volcanic ash) and polymers. Our formula is stronger than original pool plaster or replaster materials.
Our E-Z Patch 1 and E-Z Patch 1 F.S., White Pool Plaster, also comes in 5 NPT® PlasterScapes® colors to match your plaster pool interior. Available in 1 lb., 3 lb., 10 lb. & 50 lb. sizes.
Before mixing and applying the repair material, make sure it is the right color and material match! It is sometimes hard to see exactly what the color will be from computer monitor screens.
Take a small amount of dry material out of the repair kit and mix with water to be the consistency of “Putty”. Then, wet the existing surface that you are trying to match and compare the wet sample to the wet existing surface. If the material needs to be darker, add a very small amount of E-Z Patch Black Cement Dye and dry mix well. If the material needs to be lighter, add a very small amount of E-Z Patch Titanium Dioxide White Cement Colorant and dry mix well. Both colors are available on our website. You can also use any good cement dye. Repeat this process until the color match is satisfactory.

E-Z INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Lower water below repair area.
2. Remove loose cement and chip area down at least 3/8” deep. Make sure the edges are chipped straight down (not beveled or slanted). Clean the surface and rinse with water.
3. Add LIQUID CEMENT BONDER to E-Z PATCH® 1 DRY CEMENT MIX (for using just part of the kit you can use fractions EXAMPLE = 1/4 of the liquid cement bonder to 1/4 of the dry mix). Now add water and mix until you get the consistency of “mashed potatoes. Use warm water for faster set and cold water to slow set.
4a. CRACK REPAIR: Crack should be saw-cut & cleaned if not min. 1/8” wide & ¼” deep. Rub E-Z PATCH® 1 deep into crack and remove excess with a moist sponge.
4b. CHIPS OR LARGER AREAS: Firmly trowel E-Z PATCH® 1 filling the area. Trowel again (not as firmly) flat and smooth. Remove excess from edges with a moist sponge. After patch stiffens, trowel again with a moist trowel flat and smooth for finish. You may refill water the next day.
To make a Custom Color with any of our cement type repair supplies, use any cement dye.

Have rebuilt skimmer intake/basket, filled tile cracks, and fixed leaks with this stuff….at a fraction of the price it would cost to get someone from one of my local outfits to do it.

Our pool had a 12 inch gash in the side of it when we bought our house. Bought this, lowered the pool water level, and it took about 15 minutes to mix and set the plaster as a patch. It was so very easy to do!

E-Z Patch 2 Pool Patch Repair Kit for Pool Decks and Patios, DIY Concrete Repair” This is my favorable reply to those who are looking for something to repairs swimming pools. I have a large pool that is about 14 years old. There were about three places in the floor of the pool where the gray concrete was showing through the white concrete surface. I did notice that the water level was going down faster than when the pool was new. I decided to empty the pool and re-plaster those areas.
The E-Z Patch arrived in a box that was badly damaged. The cover of the container was off and the contents of the jar which was in a torn plastic bag. The content was all over the box and over half appeared to be missing. I reported this to Amazon and they were kind enough to give me credit for the damage. I did salvage what I could and tried to repair my pool. The color matched perfectly to the white concrete surface. I did have enough to finish what I had to do. I will order more of this product for future use, because I know I will have more gray concrete showing through the white surface of my pool as time goes on. I was told that a pool should have it re-plastered every 7 years so my pool is long overdue. I think my little repair will help retain my pool a little longer without having the expense of re-plastering it.
